I've been going to Tri-Hill FD for a year and a half and arrived in their office with a plethora of dental issues. The office staff is top notch. Professional, understanding, accommodating and kind. I applaud them. My first of many visits, I had the expertise of Dr. Uma. She addressed my concerns and offered creative solutions. The results of her knowledge combined with her talents were so dazzling, so much so, I had to call the office to tell them I love how my teeth turned out and I could smile again. Several months later I went to an oral surgeon for surgical removal of a molar in which the surgeon chose to pull it out. Complications arose and the surgeon wasn't addressing the problems so I headed back to Tri-Hill with an ulcerated cheek due to a remaining piece of jagged tooth. I was introduced to Dr. John Schmitt who identified the problem, treated it giving me immediate relief and prescribed medication to aid healing. Dr. Schmitt's demeanor is quiet, calming and understanding. His dental mastery is a God send. Additional problems arose from the area of the incomplete extraction by the surgeon and Dr. Schmitt made room on his schedule to attend to the problems five different

If I could give more than five stars I would. Dr. Doug and staff were an absolute lifesaver. Two days in a row they fit me in for an emergency and took care of me. Thanks to them I am finally pain free. Even though I know they fit me in, I never waited long and they never rushed or made me feel like I was a bother. Dr. Doug took the time to make sure I was okay and explained everything that was happening and why. I have EXTREME dental anxiety but felt calm and comfortable under their care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have been with this dentistry for about 50 years! They take great care of my teeth. I have only 1 cavity and when they filled it, it was so tiny they didn't need to use any pain killers! I have great memories there as a kid. Wonderful family practice.

Dr Doug is excellent. He is professional and skillful. His bed side personality is comforting, excellent personality. His assistant is excellent as well. She is skillful a d professional. She likes her job. My last visit took 2.5 hours their teamwork was beautiful and professional. “I am looking forward for my appointment! “ The receptions at the door were welcoming and helpful as usual. In short the dentist office is highly recommended.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this dental office absolutely deserves one. I’ve had eight cavities repaired here along with a chipped tooth, and every single experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The professionalism is obvious the moment you walk in — the staff is welcoming, organized, and genuinely cares about your comfort. If you’re someone who gets anxious about dental work, this is the place you want to be. They explain everything clearly before they do it, check in with you throughout the procedure, and make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. What impressed me most was the precision and quality of their work. My teeth look and feel incredible — no rough edges, no lingering sensitivity, just clean, natural results. You can tell they take pride in doing things the right way instead of rushing patients through. Finding a dentist you can fully trust is rare, but I can honestly say I’ve found mine. If you’re putting off dental work or searching for a practice that combines skill, professionalism, and genuine patient care, stop looking and book the appointment. Five stars without hesitation.
